Apples orchards in the region of Los Ríos show special adaptations highlighting for their geo-resistance and high nutritional levels. Soils where it grows fed from the nutrients brought by the ring of fire, a higher reception of light and sun radiation as a result of the low geomagnetic field intensity of the land. Therefore, crops generate more returns and counter-season harvests are obtained. In addition, apples have acquired acidity, sweetness and nuance making them unique around the world.
Besides, the geographical location allows that cultivations isolate naturally from some common plagues in the rest of the continent, turning this zone into a phytosanitary reserve.
